Chris Hultquist is the executive director of The Mentor Connector, a Rutland County-based organization that empowers youth to develop a sense of passion, purpose, and belonging. Chris possesses extensive experience managing programs dedicated to serving vulnerable populations and enhancing community sustainability. Throughout the past 15 years, Chris has worked with multiple counties across the North East to create innovative collaboratives to improve health and wellness, he created a self-funded training institute to enhance the workforce development and retention of local youth, and provided turnaround management for various organizations throughout New England. Chris holds a Masters in Counseling from Capella University and is completing his Masters in Nonprofit Leadership at The University of Pennsylvania.
