Chris Hultquist is the executive director of The Mentor Connector, a Rutland County-based organization that creates positive change for youth through the power of one-on-one mentoring. Chris possesses an extensive experience managing programs dedicated to serving vulnerable populations and enhancing community sustainability. Throughout the past 15 years, Chris has worked with three counties to create innovative collaboratives to improve health and wellness, he created a self-funded training institute to enhance the workforce development and retention of local youth, and provided turnaround management for various organizations throughout New England. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Nyack College, and a Masters in Counseling from Capella University.
